How It Works

1. Submit Your Order or Request a Quote

Tell us what products you need, your desired quantity, colors, sizes, design requirements, and any other important details.

2. Approve Your Order

We will confirm your product specifications, pricing, artwork, and other necessary details before your order moves forward.

3. Complete Full Payment

Full payment is required before any merchandise order is submitted for production.

4. Production Begins

Once full payment has been received and all required order details and artwork have been approved, your order will be processed and sent to production.

5. Receive Your Merchandise

Production typically takes approximately 1–7 business days, depending on the products ordered, quantity, customization, and overall size of the order.

Shipping typically takes an additional 2–5 business days after production has been completed.

Don’t have production-ready artwork? Family of Business Network also offers Logo Design, Graphic Design, and Brand Development services. Additional design fees may apply.

Custom Merch Manufacturing Terms & Agreement

By purchasing or submitting payment for a Custom Merch Manufacturing order through Family of Business Network, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Full Payment Required

All Custom Merch Manufacturing orders require full payment before production begins.

Your order will not be processed or submitted to production until Family of Business Network has received the full required payment and all necessary order information has been provided.

2. Order & Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all applicable order details before production, including:

• Product selection
• Quantity
• Sizes
• Colors
• Logos, artwork, and designs
• Spelling and wording
• Placement and customization instructions
• Shipping information

Once an order has been approved, paid in full, and submitted to production, changes may not be possible.

3. Production Time

Production typically takes approximately 1–7 business days after full payment, final order information, and required artwork or design approvals have been received.

Production time depends on the size, quantity, product type, customization, inventory availability, and complexity of the order.

Business days do not include weekends or recognized holidays.

4. Shipping Time

After production has been completed, shipping typically takes approximately 2–5 business days.

Shipping time is separate from production time.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside of Family of Business Network’s reasonable control may affect delivery.

5. Custom Order Policy

Because merchandise is manufactured specifically according to the customer’s selected specifications, custom orders are generally final once production has started.

Orders cannot normally be canceled, refunded, exchanged, or modified after they have been submitted to production.

If Family of Business Network or its manufacturing partner makes an error that materially differs from the customer’s approved order specifications, please contact us promptly so the issue can be reviewed.

6. Customer-Supplied Artwork

Customers are responsible for ensuring that artwork, logos, images, trademarks, names, or other materials submitted for manufacturing are authorized for their use.

By submitting artwork, you represent that you own the necessary rights or have permission to reproduce the submitted material.

Family of Business Network reserves the right to decline orders involving materials we reasonably believe may infringe another party’s intellectual property rights or otherwise violate applicable law.

7. Product & Color Variations

Minor variations in product color, print placement, sizing, materials, embroidery, printing, or appearance may occur as part of the manufacturing process.

Colors displayed on phones, computers, and digital mockups may also appear slightly different from the finished physical product.

8. Pricing

Advertised starting prices apply only to qualifying products, quantities, designs, and customization options.

Final pricing may vary based on product selection, quantity, sizes, materials, printing or embroidery requirements, artwork, shipping, taxes, and other order specifications.

Any applicable additional charges will be communicated before the order is finalized.

9. Customer Agreement

By submitting full payment, you confirm that you have reviewed your order information and authorize Family of Business Network to process and submit the merchandise order for production according to the approved specifications.

You also acknowledge that estimated production and shipping times are not guaranteed delivery dates.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Custom Merch Manufacturing Terms & Agreement.
