SMS Subscriber Consent

The customer is responsible for ensuring recipients have provided any consent required to receive the applicable text messages.

Customers must comply with applicable laws, regulations, carrier requirements, and messaging-platform policies regarding marketing communications, consent, opt-outs, and prohibited content.

Family of Business Network does not provide legal advice regarding SMS compliance.

Subscriber Lists

Family of Business Network does not purchase, scrape, sell, or provide unauthorized phone-number lists.

Customers are responsible for the source, accuracy, consent status, and lawful use of their subscriber information.

Opt-Out Requirements

Applicable campaigns must include or support appropriate opt-out functionality when required.

Customers should not intentionally remove required unsubscribe or opt-out mechanisms from campaigns.

Third-Party Costs

The service price does not include:

Refunds
