SHOPIFY PRODUCT UPLOAD & SETUP SERVICE AGREEMENT

By purchasing Shopify Product Upload & Setup services from Family of Business Network, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.

1. SERVICE PRICING

Current standard pricing:

1 Product — $50

Bulk packages may be offered at discounted rates.

Package limits refer to the maximum number of standard product/service listings included.

2. STANDARD PRODUCT LISTING

A standard product listing generally includes reasonable setup of the customer’s provided:

• Title
• Description
• Images
• Pricing
• Variants
• SKU
• Inventory
• Product type
• Vendor
• Tags
• Collections
• Basic SEO information

Highly complex products may require additional pricing.

3. COMPLEX VARIANTS

Products containing unusually large numbers of variants, options, customizations, conditional options, subscription configurations, bundles, or specialized applications may require a custom quote.

Family of Business Network will communicate applicable additional charges before completing work outside the purchased scope.

4. CUSTOMER MATERIALS

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete:

• Product names
• Prices
• Product details
• Images
• Variants
• SKUs
• Inventory
• Shipping information
• Product specifications
• Policies
• Other required information

5. COPYWRITING

Basic formatting and reasonable cleanup of customer-provided copy are included.

Extensive product-description writing, research, sales copy, technical writing, or rewriting may require an additional Copywriting service.

6. IMAGES

Standard service includes uploading and arranging customer-provided images.

Photography, advanced editing, background removal, retouching, custom product graphics, mockups, and image creation are not included unless specifically purchased.

7. SHOPIFY ACCESS & SECURITY

Customers must provide appropriate authorized access to their Shopify store when necessary.

Customers should never provide their personal Shopify password to Family of Business Network.

Appropriate collaborator or staff access should be used where available.

The customer is responsible for maintaining control of their primary account credentials and billing information.

8. THIRD-PARTY APPS

If the requested product setup requires a paid Shopify application, subscription, theme upgrade, plugin, integration, or third-party service, those expenses are the customer’s responsibility unless expressly included in writing.

No third-party purchase will be made on the customer’s behalf without appropriate authorization.

9. SHOPIFY FEES

Shopify subscription fees, transaction fees, payment-processing fees, domain costs, application subscriptions, themes, and other Shopify-related charges are not included in this service.

10. SEO

Basic SEO setup may be included where applicable.

Family of Business Network does not guarantee:

• Google rankings
• Search traffic
• Website traffic
• Sales
• Conversion rates
• Revenue
• Profit

11. SHIPPING & TAXES

Family of Business Network may enter customer-provided shipping, weight, inventory, and product information as part of the listing.

The customer remains responsible for verifying that their store’s shipping, tax, legal, and fulfillment settings are appropriate for their business.

This service does not include legal, tax, or accounting advice.

12. TURNAROUND

Turnaround begins after Family of Business Network receives:

• Required payment
• Completed questionnaire
• Product information
• Images
• Required files
• Appropriate Shopify access

Incomplete information may delay the project.

13. CUSTOMER REVIEW

Customers are responsible for reviewing completed listings before final approval.

Customers should verify:

• Prices
• Product names
• Descriptions
• Images
• Variants
• SKUs
• Inventory
• Links
• Shipping information
• Other product details

14. REVISIONS

One reasonable revision round is included with each standard product setup unless otherwise stated.

Additional revisions or significant changes in project scope may require additional fees.

15. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED CONTENT RIGHTS

The customer represents that they have permission to use all images, logos, trademarks, descriptions, and other content provided for the product listing.

Family of Business Network is not responsible for claims arising from unauthorized customer-provided content.

16. PRODUCT COMPLIANCE

The customer is responsible for ensuring that products and services sold through their Shopify store comply with applicable laws, Shopify requirements, payment-provider requirements, and other applicable policies.

Family of Business Network’s upload of a listing does not constitute approval or verification of the legality or compliance of the underlying product.

17. SALES RESULTS

Family of Business Network does not guarantee:

• Product sales
• Website traffic
• Conversion rates
• Search rankings
• Customer engagement
• Revenue
• Profit

18. CUSTOMER DELAYS

Delayed access, product information, approvals, images, or responses may extend the project timeline.

19. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Because this service involves customized digital work, payments are generally non-refundable once work on the applicable product listings has begun.

If Family of Business Network cannot provide a material portion of the purchased service, an appropriate credit, alternative service, or applicable refund may be considered.

20. FINAL APPROVAL

Once the customer approves the product listing, future changes are considered maintenance or new work unless otherwise agreed.

21. ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing Shopify Product Upload & Setup, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and agree to these terms.
