If your campaign requires Facebook, Instagram, Google, or another paid advertising platform, ad setup/management and the actual advertising budget may be charged separately.

You control and approve your advertising budget before paid advertising is launched.

Promotional Campaign Setup Service Agreement

Payment

Full payment for the selected promotional campaign package is required before campaign development begins.

Package prices are:

Starter Campaign — $100

Growth Campaign — $200

Power Campaign — $350

Additional services outside the selected package may require additional payment.

Campaign Scope

Each package includes only the services and quantities listed in its description.

Requests for additional graphics, captions, emails, SMS campaigns, platforms, website work, landing pages, videos, advertising, or other deliverables may require an additional fee.

Customer Materials

Customers are responsible for providing accurate campaign information and available branding materials, including logos, photos, videos, pricing, dates, links, promotions, and other necessary information.

Campaign timelines begin after all required information and materials have been received.

Campaign Approval

Customers will have an opportunity to review applicable campaign materials before launch.

Customers are responsible for verifying:

• Prices
• Dates and times
• Locations
• Promotions
• Discount codes
• Links
• Product/service information
• Contact information
• Spelling
• Calls-to-action
• Other important campaign details

Revisions

Revision allowances are based on the selected package.

Revisions apply to reasonable adjustments within the originally approved campaign direction.

Major changes to the campaign concept, promotion, offer, audience, or strategy after work has begun may require an additional fee.

Paid Advertising

Advertising spend is not included unless specifically stated.

Any advertising budget paid to Meta, Google, TikTok, or another advertising platform is separate from Family of Business Network’s service fees.

Paid advertising setup or management may also require a separate service fee.

Email & SMS Lists

Customers are responsible for ensuring their email and SMS subscriber lists were collected and are used in accordance with applicable laws and platform requirements.

Family of Business Network does not provide, purchase, scrape, or sell unauthorized customer contact lists.

Third-Party Fees

Website subscriptions, email/SMS platform charges, advertising spend, premium applications, software subscriptions, transaction fees, and other third-party expenses are not included unless specifically stated.

Results

Family of Business Network does not guarantee specific impressions, followers, engagement, website traffic, leads, bookings, customers, sales, revenue, or other campaign results.

Campaign performance can depend on the offer, audience, competition, budget, content, timing, platform algorithms, and other factors outside our control.

Refunds

Because promotional campaigns involve customized strategy and creative work, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

If Family of Business Network cannot complete the purchased service, an appropriate resolution or refund may be provided.

Acceptance

By purchasing a Promotional Campaign Setup package, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
