Photo & Video Editing Service Agreement

By purchasing Photo & Video Editing services from Family of Business Network, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.

1. Service Pricing

Current starting prices are:

Photo Editing — Starting at $25

Video Editing — Starting at $50

Photo + Video Editing Bundle — Starting at $75

Custom Editing Project — Starting at $100

Full payment for standard packages is required before work begins.

Projects outside the standard package scope may require a custom quote.

2. Starting Prices

Advertised prices represent the starting price for the standard scope described in each package.

Final pricing may increase based on factors including:

• Number of photos
• Raw footage length
• Final video length
• Project complexity
• Advanced retouching
• Object/background removal
• Motion graphics
• Multi-camera footage
• Audio repair
• Number of deliverables
• Rush deadlines
• Additional revisions

If additional paid work is required, it should be discussed and approved before that work is performed.

3. Customer-Provided Files

Customers are responsible for submitting usable original photos, videos, audio, logos, and other required project materials.

The quality of the final project is affected by the quality of the source files.

Family of Business Network cannot guarantee that severely blurry, corrupted, improperly exposed, low-resolution, clipped, distorted, or damaged files can be fully repaired.

4. File Backup & Storage

Customers are responsible for maintaining backup copies of all original content.

Family of Business Network should not be considered a permanent storage or archival service.

Project files and customer uploads may be deleted after final delivery and a reasonable project-completion period.

5. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround is generally approximately 2–5 business days, depending on the project.

Large galleries, long-form video, advanced editing, custom projects, rush periods, or extensive revisions may require additional time.

Turnaround begins after all required payment, files, information, instructions, and assets have been received.

6. Revisions

Standard revision allowances are:

Photo Editing — 1 reasonable revision round

Video Editing — 1 reasonable revision round

Photo + Video Bundle — Up to 2 reasonable revision rounds

Custom Projects — Defined in the project quote

A revision round means one organized group of requested changes.

Revisions must remain reasonably consistent with the original project direction.

Major creative changes or completely new concepts may require additional payment.

7. Customer Review

Customers are responsible for reviewing applicable proofs/drafts carefully.

Please verify:

• Spelling
• Names
• Titles
• Dates
• Prices
• Contact information
• Captions
• Logos
• Website information
• Calls-to-action
• Other important information

Additional changes requested after final approval may require an additional fee.

8. Copyright & Permissions

The customer represents that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use all photos, footage, music, logos, graphics, trademarks, and other materials they provide.

Family of Business Network is not responsible for claims resulting from customer-provided materials the customer was not authorized to use.

9. Music & Audio

Customers requesting specific copyrighted music are responsible for obtaining any rights or licenses required for their intended use.

Family of Business Network cannot guarantee that a social media, advertising, streaming, or other third-party platform will permit a particular audio track.

10. Advanced Editing

Some editing requests may require additional fees, including:

• Extensive photo manipulation
• Complex background replacement
• Advanced object removal
• Body reshaping
• Photo compositing
• Advanced visual effects
• Advanced motion graphics
• Extensive audio restoration
• Multi-camera synchronization
• Large amounts of raw footage

Any additional fee should be communicated before the extra work begins.

11. Final Files

Final approved content will be delivered digitally in the agreed format.

Editable project files, source timelines, layered files, templates, presets, unused edits, and other working files are not included automatically unless specifically agreed upon.

12. Platform Changes

Social media and other third-party platforms may compress, crop, resize, mute, reject, or otherwise alter uploaded content.

Family of Business Network is not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms after properly prepared files are delivered.

13. Portfolio Use

Unless confidentiality is requested and agreed upon, Family of Business Network may display completed public-facing work in its portfolio, website, social media, or promotional materials.

Private or confidential customer content will not intentionally be published for promotional purposes.

14. No Guaranteed Marketing Results

Family of Business Network does not guarantee specific:

• Views
• Likes
• Shares
• Followers
• Engagement
• Leads
• Customers
• Sales
• Revenue

as a result of edited content.

15. Project Inactivity

Projects may be placed on hold when required customer files, feedback, approvals, or information are not provided within a reasonable period.

Extended inactive projects may be rescheduled based on current availability.

16. Refund Policy

Because photo and video editing involves customized creative work and reserved production time, payments are generally non-refundable once editing has begun.

If Family of Business Network cannot complete the purchased service, an appropriate credit, alternative service, or applicable refund may be provided.

17. Acceptance

By purchasing this service, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and agree to these Photo & Video Editing Service Terms.
