How It Works

1. Select Your Package or Request a Custom Quote

Choose the service that best matches your project. Larger events, productions, music videos, multiple locations, or specialized projects may require a custom quote.

2. Complete the Project Questionnaire

After starting your service, provide information about your brand, shoot date, location, content needs, vision, and requested deliverables.

3. Confirm Your Project

Family of Business Network will review your request and confirm availability, pricing, deliverables, and project details.

4. Secure Your Date

Your shoot date is not officially reserved until the required deposit or full payment has been received and your project has been approved.

5. Shoot Day

We’ll capture your content according to the approved project scope.

6. Editing & Delivery

Final approved content will be professionally edited and delivered digitally.

Photography and videography pricing may vary based on shoot duration, location, travel, number of locations, project complexity, editing requirements, number of deliverables, equipment requirements, and turnaround time.

Additional services requested outside the original project scope may result in additional charges.

 

Photography & Videography Booking & Service Agreement

By purchasing, booking, or submitting payment for photography or videography services from Family of Business Network, the customer agrees to the following terms.

1. Booking & Confirmation

Submitting an inquiry or questionnaire does not guarantee availability or reserve a date.

A project is considered officially booked only after:

• The project details have been approved by Family of Business Network; and
• The required deposit or full payment has been received.

Dates are booked based on availability and may be offered on a first-paid, first-reserved basis.

2. Payment & Deposits

Services priced below $250 may require full payment before the booking is confirmed.

Projects priced at $250 or more may be booked with a 50% non-refundable deposit, unless otherwise stated in the customer’s quote.

The remaining balance must be paid before the scheduled shoot begins unless a different payment arrangement has been approved in writing.

Family of Business Network is not required to begin or continue services when an outstanding balance is due.

3. Custom Quotes

Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer.

Changes to the project, including additional locations, shooting time, people, videos, photographs, editing, equipment, travel, or other services, may result in additional charges.

Any work outside the approved project scope may require customer approval and additional payment.

4. Cancellation

Booking deposits are non-refundable because the scheduled date and time are reserved for the customer.

If a customer cancels the project, payments already made may be applied according to the work already performed, expenses incurred, and time reserved.

5. Rescheduling

Customers should provide at least 48 hours’ notice when requesting to reschedule.

Family of Business Network may allow one rescheduling request without an additional booking fee when sufficient notice is provided and another date is available.

Repeated rescheduling or requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may require an additional deposit or rescheduling fee.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

6. Late Arrivals

The customer’s scheduled time begins at the agreed start time.

Customer lateness does not automatically extend the scheduled session.

Additional shooting time may be purchased when scheduling permits.

7. Travel & Locations

Travel charges may apply depending on the project’s location.

The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permission to photograph or record at locations selected by the customer.

Parking fees, venue fees, permits, admission charges, or other location-related expenses may be added to the project cost when applicable.

8. Weather

Outdoor shoots affected by unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions may be rescheduled.

Weather-related rescheduling will be handled based on availability and the circumstances of the project.

9. Editing

Family of Business Network maintains reasonable creative discretion over editing style unless specific requirements have been agreed upon before production.

Final deliverables will be based on the package or custom quote purchased.

Unedited photographs, project files, and raw footage are not automatically included unless specifically listed in the customer’s package or purchased separately.

10. Revisions

Video projects include the number of revisions stated in the selected package or custom quote.

Requests that substantially change the original creative direction or require additional editing may result in additional charges.

11. Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery times will be provided based on the size and complexity of the project.

Standard projects will generally be delivered within approximately 5–10 business days after the shoot.

Larger productions or advanced editing projects may require additional time.

Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

Turnaround estimates begin after the shoot and after Family of Business Network has received all necessary information, materials, and payments from the customer.

12. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for arriving prepared and on time.

Unless specifically included in the package, customers are responsible for arranging their own wardrobe, makeup, hair, props, models, products, locations, and other materials needed for the shoot.

13. Content Selection

Family of Business Network may remove duplicate, test, blurred, improperly exposed, unusable, or otherwise unsuitable photographs or footage before delivering the final project.

The total amount of delivered content will be based on the customer’s package or project agreement.

14. Usage Rights

Upon full payment, the customer receives the right to use the delivered final photographs and videos for the purposes agreed upon for the project, including their business, brand, website, social media, and marketing.

Family of Business Network retains ownership of its original creative work unless ownership is specifically transferred through a separate written agreement.

Third-party materials, including certain music, fonts, graphics, locations, trademarks, or other licensed materials, may remain subject to their respective license restrictions.

15. Portfolio & Promotional Use

Unless the customer and Family of Business Network agree otherwise in writing, the customer grants Family of Business Network permission to display completed photographs or video excerpts for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes.

Customers who require confidential or private production should notify Family of Business Network before booking so those requirements can be included in the project agreement.

16. File Storage

Customers are responsible for downloading and safely storing their delivered files.

Family of Business Network does not guarantee permanent storage of completed projects after delivery.

17. Force Majeure & Unavoidable Circumstances

Family of Business Network will make reasonable efforts to complete scheduled services. If circumstances outside reasonable control prevent services from being performed, including severe weather, emergencies, venue closures, equipment failure, illness, government restrictions, or similar circumstances, the parties may work together to reschedule or determine another reasonable solution.

18. Agreement

By submitting payment for photography or videography services, the customer confirms that they have reviewed the project details and agree to these booking, payment, cancellation, production, editing, delivery, and usage terms.
