Online Booking Setup Service Agreement

Service Fee

The $75 Online Booking Setup fee must be paid in full before work begins.

The $75 price covers a standard booking system setup within the original agreed scope.

What’s Included

The service may include standard configuration of services, availability, appointment durations, booking rules, customer information fields, notifications, payment options, and website booking links when supported by the selected platform.

Additional Work

Complex booking workflows, multiple staff calendars, advanced automations, custom coding, extensive website modifications, additional integrations, or requirements outside the standard setup may require an additional quote.

No additional paid work will be performed without customer approval.

Third-Party Fees

The $75 service fee does not include charges from third-party providers.

Customers are responsible for applicable:

• Booking software subscriptions
• Website subscriptions
• Domain fees
• Payment processing fees
• SMS/text charges
• Premium applications
• Plugins
• Integrations
• Other third-party costs

Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate service names, prices, appointment durations, availability, contact information, policies, and other required information.

Delays in receiving required information may delay completion.

Account Access & Security

If access to an existing website or booking platform is required, the customer must provide appropriate authorized access.

Customers should not submit passwords, banking information, card numbers, or other sensitive credentials through the project questionnaire.

Turnaround

Standard setups typically require approximately 1–3 business days after all required information and access have been received.

Complex configurations may require additional time.

Revisions

Up to 2 reasonable revision rounds are included before final approval.

Major changes to the original project requirements or additional functionality may require an additional fee.

Customer Review

Before final approval, customers are responsible for verifying:

• Prices

• Availability
• Deposit amounts
• Contact information
• Cancellation policies
• Booking rules
• Customer-facing messages

Ongoing Management

The $75 fee covers the initial setup only.

Ongoing booking management, website maintenance, changes to services, additional integrations, technical support, or future modifications are not included unless purchased separately.

Results

Family of Business Network does not guarantee a specific number of appointments, customers, leads, sales, or revenue resulting from the booking system.

Refunds

Because this is a customized digital service, payments are generally non-refundable once setup work has begun.

If Family of Business Network is unable to complete the purchased service, an appropriate resolution or refund may be provided.

By purchasing this service, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to these terms.
