Landing / Sales Page Design Service Agreement

Payment

The $100 service fee must be paid in full before work begins.

Starting Scope

The $100 price covers a standard single landing or sales page within the agreed project scope.

Projects requiring advanced functionality, extensive custom development, additional pages, premium applications, custom integrations, or work beyond the standard service may require an additional quote.

Any additional charges should be approved by the customer before additional work begins.

Customer Content

The customer is responsible for providing requested business information, branding, images, pricing, product/service details, and other necessary materials unless additional content services have been purchased.

Project timelines may be delayed if required information is not provided.

Website Access

When access to an existing website is required, customers must provide appropriate collaborator, staff, or other authorized access.

Customers should not send account passwords through the questionnaire.

Third-Party Costs

Domain registration, hosting, website subscriptions, premium themes, applications, plugins, paid integrations, advertising expenses, and other third-party fees are not included unless specifically stated.

Turnaround

Standard projects typically require approximately 3–7 business days after all required materials and access have been received.

Complex projects or delayed customer responses may extend the timeline.

Revisions

Up to 2 reasonable revision rounds are included.

Requests that significantly change the approved direction or original project scope may require additional payment.

Customer Review

The customer is responsible for reviewing spelling, prices, dates, contact information, links, business claims, policies, and other important information before final approval.

Results

Family of Business Network does not guarantee a specific number of website visitors, leads, bookings, customers, sales, conversions, search rankings, or revenue.

Refunds

Because this is a customized digital service, payments are generally non-refundable once design work has begun.

If Family of Business Network cannot complete the purchased service, an appropriate resolution or refund may be provided.

Final Approval

Once the customer approves the completed project, additional changes may be considered a new service request and may require an additional fee.
