Facebook & Instagram Ad Setup Service Agreement

By purchasing a Facebook & Instagram Ad Setup service from Family of Business Network, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.

1. Service Pricing

Current service packages are:

Starter Ad Setup — $50

Growth Ad Campaign — $125

Power Ad Campaign — $225

Full payment of the selected Family of Business Network service fee is required before campaign work begins.

2. Advertising Spend Is Separate

Advertising spend is NOT included in the Family of Business Network service fee.

The customer is responsible for funding the advertising budget through the applicable advertising account/platform.

For example:

$50 Starter Setup + $100 Advertising Budget = $150 Total Investment

Family of Business Network may provide general budget recommendations, but the customer controls and approves their advertising budget.

3. Package Scope

Each package includes only the services, campaign quantities, audiences, creatives, monitoring periods, and deliverables stated in the purchased package.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are also responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate rights or permission to use any photos, videos, logos, music, trademarks, testimonials, or other materials they provide.

5. Account Access & Security

Customers must provide appropriate authorized access when access to an advertising account, business account, social account, website, or other platform is necessary.

Customers should not send passwords, banking information, credit/debit card numbers, or other sensitive credentials through the project questionnaire.

Whenever possible, access should be provided through the platform’s authorized business, partner, employee, or collaborator access features.

6. Advertising Platform Policies

All advertisements are subject to the advertising platform’s current:

• Advertising policies
• Community standards
• Account requirements
• Review processes
• Technical requirements
• Restricted-content policies
• Targeting restrictions

Family of Business Network cannot guarantee that an advertisement, advertising account, business, product, service, website, creative, or offer will be approved by the advertising platform.

7. Ad Rejections

If an advertisement is rejected, Family of Business Network may make reasonable adjustments when the issue can be corrected within the original project scope.

A platform’s rejection does not automatically mean that Family of Business Network performed the service incorrectly.

Campaigns involving products, services, industries, or claims subject to additional advertising restrictions may require additional review or may not be eligible for advertising.

8. Campaign Approval

Customers will have the opportunity to review applicable campaign materials before launch.

Customers are responsible for verifying:

• Prices
• Dates
• Offers
• Discount codes
• Links
• Contact information
• Product/service details
• Creative materials
• Spelling
• Calls-to-action

before providing final approval.

9. Revisions

Reasonable creative revisions are provided according to the package purchased.

Revisions are intended to adjust work created within the original campaign direction.

A major change to the product, offer, audience, campaign objective, promotion, branding, or overall campaign direction after work has begun may require an additional fee.

10. Monitoring

Campaign monitoring is limited to the period included with the purchased package.

Continued campaign monitoring, optimization, management, creative development, or reporting beyond the included period requires an additional service agreement or purchase.

Family of Business Network does not guarantee specific advertising results, including:

Advertising performance can be affected by factors outside our control, including competition, audience, budget, offer, creative, website experience, pricing, seasonality, platform algorithms, account history, and market conditions.

12. Tracking & Reporting

Tracking capabilities vary depending on the customer’s website, advertising account, campaign objective, consent/privacy configuration, platform capabilities, and technical setup.

Family of Business Network cannot guarantee that every customer action or conversion will be measurable.

13. Third-Party Fees

The Family of Business Network service fee does not include third-party costs unless specifically stated.

These may include:

• Advertising spend
• Website subscriptions
• Domains
• Premium applications
• Software subscriptions
• SMS/email charges
• Payment processing
• Premium integrations
• Other third-party expenses

14. Campaign Delays

Campaign timelines may be delayed due to:

• Missing customer information
• Missing creative materials
• Account access issues
• Platform review
• Account restrictions
• Payment issues
• Advertising rejection
• Technical problems
• Customer-requested changes

Family of Business Network is not responsible for delays caused by advertising-platform review times or restrictions outside our control.

15. Refund Policy

Because advertising setup includes customized strategy, copywriting, creative development, research, and technical work, Family of Business Network service fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

Advertising funds paid to a third-party advertising platform are governed by that platform’s billing and refund policies.

If Family of Business Network is unable to provide the purchased service, an appropriate resolution or refund of applicable Family of Business Network service fees may be provided.

16. Acceptance

By purchasing this service, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and agree to this Facebook & Instagram Ad Setup Service Agreement.
