EVENT MARKETING SERVICE AGREEMENT

By purchasing Event Marketing services from Family of Business Network, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.

1. PACKAGE PRICING

Current package prices are:

Basic Boost — $100

Standard Promo — $175

Premium Takeover — $250

Payment is required before work begins unless another arrangement is approved in writing.

2. PACKAGE SCOPE

Each package is limited to the graphics, captions, content plans, marketing materials, revisions, and services specifically described in the selected package.

Additional deliverables or services may require additional payment.

3. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate event information, including:

• Event name
• Date
• Time
• Address
• Ticket price
• Ticket/registration links
• Contact information
• Social handles
• Performer information
• Sponsor information
• Age restrictions
• Event details

Family of Business Network is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information originally supplied by the customer.

4. CUSTOMER PROOF APPROVAL

Customers must carefully review all applicable designs before approval.

Changes requested after final approval may require additional fees.

5. TURNAROUND

6. EVENT DEADLINES

Customers are responsible for purchasing Event Marketing services early enough to allow sufficient time for campaign creation and promotion.

Late bookings reduce available promotional time.

Family of Business Network is not responsible for reduced campaign effectiveness caused by late booking, incomplete information, or delayed customer approval.

7. REVISIONS

Included revision rounds:

Premium — Up to 3

One revision round means one organized set of requested changes.

Requests for completely new creative directions may require an additional fee.

8. SOCIAL MEDIA

Unless specifically included in writing, social media promotion refers to the creation of agreed graphics, captions, content plans, and recommendations.

Direct posting or management of the customer’s social media accounts is not automatically included.

9. EMAIL & SMS

Email and SMS deliverables may include copy, templates, strategy, or campaign content according to the selected package.

Actual deployment, software fees, subscriber management, SMS credits, carrier fees, and other platform expenses are not included unless specifically purchased.

10. PAID ADVERTISING

Paid Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, or other advertising is not included in the standard packages.

Advertising setup/management and the customer’s advertising budget are separate expenses.

11. PRINTING

Physical printing is not included unless separately purchased.

Digital print-ready files may be provided when applicable.

12. MARKETING RESULTS

Family of Business Network does not guarantee specific:

• Attendance
• Ticket sales
• RSVPs
• Registrations
• Vendors
• Sponsors
• Leads
• Followers
• Reach
• Engagement
• Revenue
• Profit

Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control.

13. PLATFORM PERFORMANCE

Third-party platforms may change algorithms, policies, account restrictions, content distribution, or advertising rules.

Family of Business Network cannot guarantee how third-party platforms will distribute or display content.

14. COPYRIGHT & CUSTOMER MATERIALS

Customers represent that they have appropriate rights or permission to use all logos, photographs, artwork, trademarks, and other materials they provide.

Family of Business Network is not responsible for claims resulting from unauthorized customer-provided materials.

15. EVENT CHANGES

Changes to event dates, venues, performers, ticket prices, branding, or other important information after content has been created may require additional fees to update existing promotional materials.

16. CUSTOMER DELAYS

Delayed responses, approvals, materials, or information may affect the campaign timeline.

17. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Because Event Marketing involves customized creative and strategic work, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

If Family of Business Network cannot provide a material portion of the purchased service, an appropriate alternative service, credit, or applicable refund may be considered.

18. FINAL FILES

Customers receive the applicable final digital files and marketing materials included with their package.

Editable source files, templates, unused concepts, and internal working files are not automatically included unless specifically agreed upon.

19. PORTFOLIO USE

Unless confidentiality is requested and agreed upon, Family of Business Network may display completed public-facing event graphics or promotional materials in its portfolio, website, social media, and marketing.

20. ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing Event Marketing services, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and agree to these terms.
