EVENT FLYER + PROMOTION SERVICE AGREEMENT

By purchasing an Event Flyer + Promotion Package from Family of Business Network, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.

1. PACKAGE PRICING

Current packages are:

Basic Boost — $100

Standard Promo — $175

Premium Takeover — $250

Payment is required before work begins unless another payment arrangement is approved in writing.

2. PACKAGE SCOPE

Each package includes only the number of designs, formats, captions, promotional materials, revisions, and other deliverables stated in the selected package.

Additional work may require additional payment.

3. CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

• Event name
• Date
• Time
• Address
• Ticket price
• Ticket/registration link
• Contact information
• Social handles
• Performer information
• Sponsor information
• Age restrictions
• Event requirements
• Other details

Family of Business Network is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information originally provided by the customer.

4. CUSTOMER PROOF APPROVAL

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing designs before final approval.

Family of Business Network is not responsible for reduced promotional time caused by late bookings, delayed submissions, or delayed customer approvals.

A revision round means one organized set of requested changes.

A request for a completely different design concept may require an additional design fee.

8. MARKETING RESULTS

Family of Business Network provides creative and promotional services but does not guarantee:

Results depend on numerous factors outside our control.

9. SOCIAL MEDIA PROMOTION

Unless specifically stated, “Social Media Promotion” refers to the creation of promotional materials, strategy, captions, recommendations, or agreed campaign deliverables.

Posting directly to the customer’s social media accounts is not automatically included unless specifically purchased or agreed upon.

10. EMAIL & SMS

Email and SMS copy/templates do not automatically include campaign deployment.

Platform fees, subscriber/list management, SMS credits, email software charges, and sending services are separate unless specifically included.

11. PAID ADVERTISING

Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, or other paid advertising is not included unless specifically purchased.

Advertising spend is always separate from the Event Flyer + Promotion Package price.

12. PRINTING

Physical printing is not included unless specifically purchased.

Print-ready files may be provided when applicable.

13. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED MATERIALS

The customer represents that they have appropriate permission to use photos, logos, trademarks, music, artwork, and other materials they provide.

Family of Business Network is not responsible for copyright or trademark claims resulting from unauthorized customer-provided materials.

14. PLATFORM PERFORMANCE

Social media and advertising platforms may change algorithms, policies, reach, account visibility, or content distribution.

Family of Business Network cannot guarantee how a third-party platform will distribute promotional content.

15. EVENT CHANGES

If the event date, venue, performers, pricing, branding, or other significant details change after promotional materials have been completed, additional design or campaign-update fees may apply.

16. CUSTOMER DELAYS

Delayed customer responses, missing information, late approvals, or incomplete assets may delay the project.

17. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Because these packages involve customized creative and marketing work, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

If Family of Business Network cannot provide a material portion of the purchased service, an appropriate alternative service, credit, or applicable refund may be considered.

18. PORTFOLIO USE

Unless confidentiality is requested and agreed upon, Family of Business Network may display completed public-facing flyers and promotional designs in its portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials.

19. FINAL FILES

Customers will receive the applicable final digital files included in their package.

Editable source files, templates, unused concepts, internal working files, and other production materials are not automatically included unless specifically purchased or agreed upon.

20. ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing this service, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and agree to these Event Flyer + Promotion Package terms.
