By approving an invoice and purchasing Email/SMS Signup Setup services from Family of Business Network, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.
- SERVICE PRICING
Email/SMS Signup Setup services start at $50.
Current standard options include:
Email Signup Setup — $50
SMS Signup Setup — $50
Email + SMS Setup — $75
Email + SMS Growth Setup — $100
Projects requiring advanced functionality may receive customized pricing.
- QUESTIONNAIRE & INVOICE PROCESS
Customers submit the questionnaire before payment.
Family of Business Network will review the requested setup and determine the appropriate service level.
If additional work is required, applicable pricing will be communicated before invoicing.
Work begins after required payment has been received.
- SERVICE SCOPE
The service includes only the forms, integrations, design, configuration, testing, and automation specifically included in the selected package.
Additional forms, integrations, advanced automation, custom development, or additional marketing services may require additional payment.
- THIRD-PARTY EXPENSES
The service fee covers Family of Business Network’s setup work.
Unless specifically stated, it does not include email-platform subscriptions, SMS subscriptions, SMS credits, carrier fees, phone-number fees, registration fees, premium applications, premium plugins, website subscriptions, or other third-party costs.
- CUSTOMER-PROVIDED INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, website information, offers, branding, logos, links, marketing information, required disclosures, and other requested content.
- ACCOUNT ACCESS & SECURITY
Customers should not provide personal passwords, banking information, payment credentials, or verification codes through questionnaires or unsecured communications.
Appropriate platform-approved access should be used whenever available.
- EMAIL MARKETING CONSENT
Customers are responsible for ensuring their email marketing and subscriber-collection practices comply with applicable laws, privacy requirements, and platform policies.
Family of Business Network provides technical and marketing setup services and does not provide legal advice.
- SMS MARKETING CONSENT
SMS marketing may involve specific consent, disclosure, opt-out, recordkeeping, carrier-registration, and other requirements.
Customers remain responsible for ensuring their SMS program complies with applicable laws and provider/carrier requirements.
Family of Business Network does not provide legal advice.
- UNSOLICITED CONTACTS
This service is designed to help customers collect legitimate opt-ins.
Customers should not use the completed system to send unsolicited marketing to purchased, scraped, stolen, or otherwise unauthorized contact lists.
- THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM APPROVAL
Some SMS providers, carriers, email providers, and marketing platforms may require account verification, business registration, campaign approval, or other verification.
Family of Business Network cannot guarantee approval by any third-party provider.
- PLATFORM LIMITATIONS
Third-party platforms control their own features, pricing, policies, integrations, approvals, deliverability, and availability.
Family of Business Network is not responsible for third-party platform changes, outages, suspensions, or restrictions.
- DELIVERABILITY
Setup does not guarantee that every email or SMS message will reach every subscriber.
Delivery may be affected by spam filters, carriers, subscriber settings, sender reputation, platform restrictions, invalid contact information, and other third-party factors.
- MARKETING RESULTS
Family of Business Network does not guarantee specific subscriber growth, leads, sales, conversion rates, revenue, engagement, customer retention, or profit.
- TURNAROUND
Standard turnaround is generally 1–3 business days after all required payment, information, materials, and access have been received.
Advanced setups or third-party approvals may require additional time.
- REVISIONS
Standard setups include the number of reasonable revision rounds stated in the selected package.
Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed project scope may require additional fees.
- CUSTOMER REVIEW
Customers are responsible for reviewing completed forms, offers, links, calls-to-action, consent language, confirmation messages, welcome messages, and integrations before final approval.
- ONGOING MARKETING
The setup fee does not include ongoing email campaigns, SMS campaigns, list management, marketing management, content creation, automation maintenance, or technical support unless separately purchased.
- REFUNDS
Because this service involves customized digital setup work, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
If Family of Business Network cannot provide a material portion of the agreed service, an appropriate alternative service, credit, or applicable refund may be considered.
- FINAL HANDOFF
Once setup has been completed and approved, the customer assumes responsibility for ongoing list management, campaigns, platform fees, subscriber communications, compliance, and account maintenance unless additional management services are purchased.
- ACCEPTANCE
Payment of the approved invoice confirms acceptance of these terms and the agreed project scope.
