Payment must be made in full before work begins.

Standard Campaign Scope

The standard service covers the creation and setup of one email campaign within the agreed project scope.

Advanced automation, multi-email sequences, extensive segmentation, custom coding, complex integrations, ongoing list management, or additional campaigns may require separate pricing.

Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

• Legal or promotional disclosures when applicable

Email List Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that recipients on their email list have been collected and contacted in accordance with applicable laws and platform requirements.

Family of Business Network does not purchase, sell, scrape, or provide unauthorized email lists.

Platform & Third-Party Fees

Email marketing software subscriptions, premium features, additional contact charges, sending fees, domains, integrations, and other third-party expenses are not included in the standard $50 campaign price.

Account Access

When access to an email marketing platform is required, customers must provide appropriate authorized access.

Customers should not submit account passwords, payment information, or other sensitive credentials through the questionnaire.

Approval Before Sending

The customer will have an opportunity to review the campaign before it is scheduled or sent.

Customers are responsible for checking:

• Spelling
• Prices
• Dates
• Links
• Discount codes
• Offers
• Contact information
• Product/service details

Once final approval is provided, Family of Business Network is not responsible for errors the customer previously reviewed and approved.

Revisions

One reasonable revision round is included.

Requests that substantially change the original campaign, offer, audience, or direction may require an additional fee.

Standard campaigns typically require approximately 1–3 business days after all required information and access have been received.

Results

Family of Business Network does not guarantee specific open rates, clicks, website traffic, leads, customers, sales, or revenue.

Email marketing performance can vary based on list quality, audience engagement, offer, timing, deliverability, platform, and other factors.

Refunds

Because email campaigns are customized digital services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

If Family of Business Network cannot complete the purchased service, an appropriate resolution or refund may be provided.
