Requests for a completely new concept after the original design has been created may require an additional design fee.

Flyer & Poster Design Service Agreement

Payment

Flyer and Poster Design services start at $50 per design.

Full payment is required before design work begins.

Projects requiring advanced design work, multiple concepts, extensive photo manipulation, additional sizes, or other work outside the standard service may require an additional quote.

Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround is approximately 1–3 business days after payment and all required information and materials have been received.

Rush or same-day services may be available for an additional fee.

Customer Materials

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and any necessary logos, photos, graphics, QR codes, and other materials.

The customer represents that they have permission or appropriate rights to use materials they provide for the project.

Family of Business Network is not responsible for poor image quality caused by low-resolution customer-provided files.

Revisions

Up to 2 reasonable revision rounds are included with the standard service.

Revisions include reasonable adjustments to the original design direction.

Requests for a completely different concept, extensive changes, or new project direction may require an additional fee.

Customer Review

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their design before final approval.

• Other important information

Once final approval has been provided, additional corrections may require an additional fee.

Printing

Physical printing is not included in the standard design price unless specifically purchased.

If the customer purchases printing, the final design must be approved before the order is submitted for production.

Final Files

Final files are provided digitally in appropriate formats based on the agreed project requirements.

Editable/source design files are not automatically included unless specifically agreed upon.

Design Concepts

Unused concepts, drafts, working files, and preliminary designs remain the property of Family of Business Network unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds

Because graphic design is a customized digital service, payments are generally non-refundable once design work has begun.

If Family of Business Network is unable to complete the purchased service, an appropriate resolution or refund may be provided.

Results

Family of Business Network does not guarantee specific attendance, engagement, leads, customers, sales, or revenue resulting from the use of a design.

By purchasing this service, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to these terms.
