A revision round means one organized list of requested changes submitted at the same time.

Reasonable revisions can include:

A completely new concept after design work has begun may be considered a new design and require an additional fee.

Custom Merch Design Service Agreement

By purchasing Custom Merch Design services from Family of Business Network, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.

1. Pricing

Current package prices are:

Basic Design — $25

Standard Design — $50

Premium Design — $75

Merch Design Bundle — $100

Custom Merch Project — Starting at $150

Full payment for standard design packages is required before design work begins.

Custom projects may require a separate quote.

2. Design Service Only

Unless specifically stated otherwise, this purchase covers graphic/design services only.

Physical merchandise, printing, manufacturing, embroidery, production, shipping, taxes, samples, and other production expenses are not included.

Customers interested in physical products may purchase or request Family of Business Network’s separate merchandise manufacturing services.

3. Package Scope

Each package includes only the concepts, designs, mockups, revision rounds, and files specifically listed.

Requests exceeding the selected package may require an additional fee.

4. Multiple Placements

One design does not automatically include separate front, back, and sleeve artwork.

Unique artwork for additional locations may be treated as additional designs.

Any applicable additional charge should be communicated before extra paid work begins.

5. Customer Materials

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

• Wording
• Names
• Dates
• Logos
• Colors
• Brand information
• Product specifications
• Manufacturer requirements
• Other project information

The customer is responsible for reviewing this information before final approval.

6. Copyright, Trademarks & Permissions

Customers represent that they have appropriate rights or permission to use logos, photos, artwork, trademarks, slogans, characters, and other third-party materials they provide or specifically request.

Family of Business Network reserves the right to decline requests that require unauthorized copying of another designer’s artwork or other protected material.

7. Original Design Direction

Reference images may be used to communicate style, layout preferences, mood, or inspiration.

References do not guarantee an exact duplicate of another designer’s artwork.

Family of Business Network will create an original design based on the agreed project direction.

8. Revisions

Current revision allowances are:

Basic — 1 Revision Round

Standard — Up to 2 Revision Rounds

Premium — Up to 3 Revision Rounds

Bundle — Up to 3 Revision Rounds

Custom — Defined in Project Quote

A revision round means one organized set of changes submitted together.

Revisions must remain reasonably consistent with the original design concept.

A request for an entirely different concept may require purchasing an additional design.

9. Customer Approval

Customers must carefully review artwork before final approval.

Please verify:

• Spelling
• Names
• Dates
• Numbers
• Colors
• Logos
• Placement
• Contact information
• Website/social handles
• Other important details

Additional changes after final approval may require an additional fee.

10. Print-Ready Files

Family of Business Network will prepare applicable final artwork based on the information and specifications available.

If a manufacturer requires specific dimensions, file types, color modes, bleed, print areas, or other specifications, the customer should provide those requirements before finalization.

11. Production Variations

Digital mockups are visual representations only.

Actual physical merchandise may vary due to:

• Fabric/material
• Garment color
• Printing method
• Ink
• Embroidery
• Printer calibration
• Product dimensions
• Manufacturer tolerances
• Screen/device color differences

Family of Business Network cannot guarantee that a third-party manufacturer will reproduce digital artwork exactly as displayed on a screen or mockup.

12. Source Files

Editable/source files are included only when specifically listed in the selected package.

Working files, unused concepts, templates, fonts, stock assets, and internal production files are not automatically included.

13. Turnaround

Typical turnaround estimates are:

Basic — 1–3 Business Days

Standard — 2–4 Business Days

Premium — 3–5 Business Days

Bundle — 4–7 Business Days

Custom — Based on Scope

Turnaround begins after all required payment, questionnaire information, files, and instructions have been received.

14. Customer Delays

Delayed responses, missing information, missing logos, changing instructions, or delayed approvals may extend the project timeline.

Projects inactive for an extended period may be placed on hold and rescheduled based on availability.

15. Commercial Use

Commercial use is included only where stated in the selected package or project agreement.

Commercial use permits the customer to use the final approved design for the agreed business/merchandise purpose.

It does not transfer ownership of Family of Business Network’s pre-existing templates, processes, design systems, or other underlying intellectual property.

16. Portfolio Use

Unless confidentiality is requested and agreed upon, Family of Business Network may display completed public-facing designs and mockups in its website, social media, portfolio, or promotional materials.

17. Refund Policy

Because merchandise design is a customized creative service, payments are generally non-refundable once design work has begun.

If Family of Business Network cannot complete the purchased service, an appropriate credit, alternative service, or applicable refund may be provided.

18. No Guaranteed Merchandise Sales

Family of Business Network does not guarantee that a merchandise design will generate a specific number of:

• Orders
• Sales
• Customers
• Revenue
• Profit
• Social engagement

19. Acceptance

By purchasing this service, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and agree to these Custom Merch Design Service Terms.
