Payment

Full payment is required before writing begins.

Package pricing:

Basic — $25 | Standard — $45 | Premium — $80

Turnaround

Estimated standard turnaround after receiving all required information is:

• Basic: Up to 2 business days
• Standard: Up to 3 business days
• Premium: Up to 4 business days

Larger or custom copywriting projects may require additional time.

Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their business, products, services, prices, promotions, dates, links, offers, and other details required for the content.

Revisions

The Basic Package is intended for straightforward caption creation and does not include extensive revisions.

The Standard Package includes 1 reasonable revision round.

The Premium Package includes 2 reasonable revision rounds.

A revision adjusts the original content based on the original instructions. Requests for entirely new topics, offers, campaigns, or directions may be considered new work and require an additional fee.

Custom Projects

Website copy, long-form sales copy, email campaigns, advertising campaigns, extensive product descriptions, and other larger writing projects may require a custom quote.

Graphics & Posting

Unless specifically purchased separately, this service does not include graphic design, photography, video creation, posting, scheduling, advertising, or social media management.

Customer Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing all completed copy before publishing it, including names, prices, dates, links, promotions, claims, spelling, and other business information.

Results

Family of Business Network does not guarantee specific engagement, followers, website traffic, leads, customers, sales, or revenue from written content.

Refunds

Because copywriting is a customized digital service, payments are generally non-refundable once writing has begun.

If Family of Business Network cannot complete the purchased service, an appropriate resolution or refund may be provided.
