2. Complete the Business Startup Questionnaire.
3. We’ll review your information before your consultation.
4. Schedule your consultation using the booking instructions provided.
5. Meet with a Family of Business Network representative.
6. Receive personalized recommendations and next steps.

 

Business Startup Consultation Policy

Payment

The $50 consultation fee must be paid in full before the consultation is scheduled or performed.

Payment reserves the customer’s consultation and compensates Family of Business Network for preparation and consultation time.

Scheduling

After purchasing the service, the customer must complete the required Business Startup Questionnaire and follow the provided instructions to schedule their consultation.

Consultation availability is subject to Family of Business Network’s current schedule.

Rescheduling

Customers should provide at least 24 hours’ notice when requesting to reschedule.

One complimentary reschedule may be provided when proper notice is given. Additional rescheduling requests may require a new consultation fee.

Late Arrivals

Customers who arrive late may have their consultation shortened to avoid interfering with appointments scheduled afterward.

No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee. A new payment may be required to schedule another appointment.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because consultation time is reserved specifically for each customer and preparation may begin before the appointment, consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been scheduled or preparation has begun.

Family of Business Network may approve rescheduling or refunds at its discretion when appropriate.

Scope of Service

The Business Startup Consultation provides general business strategy, planning, branding, marketing, and startup guidance.

Family of Business Network does not represent that this consultation constitutes legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice. Customers should consult an appropriately licensed professional when those services are required.

Results

Business results vary based on the customer’s business model, market, execution, budget, competition, and other factors.

Family of Business Network does not guarantee specific sales, revenue, customers, profits, business approvals, funding, or other outcomes.

Additional Services

The $50 consultation covers the consultation itself.

Any additional services—including website development, logo design, brand development, printing, social media management, photography/videography, merchandise manufacturing, advertising, or other services—are not included unless specifically stated.

If additional work is recommended, the customer will receive information regarding applicable services and pricing before purchasing.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and making final decisions regarding their business.
