Contractor. Employer shall employ Contractor as an A&R Rep. In this capacity, Contractor shall have the
following duties and undertake the following responsibilities:

A&R Rep (Artist & Repertoire Representative]
• Scout for promising talent for the label and publishing company
• Negotiate contracts and sign artists, song writers and producers
• Work with artists in need of help on song selections, beat selections, choice of producers and
recording studio selections
• Help bring artist’s projects to completion
• Guide artist in furthering their careers in the music industry
• Liaise on artist behalf with other departments in the label
• Communicate with the label’s President or CEO to make sure all paperwork and recordings of an
act’s record are setup properly
• Communicate with the label’s Business Affairs Department or CFO to make sure all
accounting/financial issues involved with the actual recordings of an act’s record are setup
properly


Performance of Duties. The contractor shall perform agreed responsibilities in a professional manner, in
good faith, and to the best of his/her skill, abilities, talent and experience.


Setup Fee. The initial setup fee for $150 is to be paid by joining label representatives for the role on
Family of Business - The Label Inc. This fee covers Personal Representative Website Profile, Personal Representative Business Card Design
and Printing for 250 cards, Representatives Name added into Accounting Payroll Information,
Representatives Name added on Invite List for FOB Events, and Initial Representative Training Course.

Please note that the setup fee is a one-time payment and covers these services upfront.

Compensation. As compensation for the services provided by the Contractor under this Agreement, the
Employer will allocate 15% commission of the company’s revenue per artist contracts signed, after all artist revenue is paid. Dividends shall be paid monthly (based on a calendar year accounting method).
