Portfolio \u0026amp; Promotional Use\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eUnless the customer and Family of Business Network agree otherwise in writing, the customer grants Family of Business Network permission to display completed photographs or video excerpts for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eCustomers who require confidential or private production should notify Family of Business Network before booking so those requirements can be included in the project agreement.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e16. File Storage\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eCustomers are responsible for downloading and safely storing their delivered files.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eFamily of Business Network does not guarantee permanent storage of completed projects after delivery.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e17. Force Majeure \u0026amp; Unavoidable Circumstances\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eFamily of Business Network will make reasonable efforts to complete scheduled services. If circumstances outside reasonable control prevent services from being performed, including severe weather, emergencies, venue closures, equipment failure, illness, government restrictions, or similar circumstances, the parties may work together to reschedule or determine another reasonable solution.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e18.
