In this capacity, Contractor\u003cbr\u003eshall have the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities:\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eEvent Coordinator\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e• Help select venues\u003cbr\u003e• Assist with determining the cost of events and help plan budgets\u003cbr\u003e• Arrange event services\u003cbr\u003e• Monitor company’s approvals\u003cbr\u003e• Liaise with staff \u0026amp; vendors at venues to ensure events are set up properly and on time\u003cbr\u003e• Set deadlines for teams in advance to ensure event preparations are completed in a timely\u003cbr\u003emanner\u003cbr\u003e• Collect (pre-agreed upon) supplies and decorations for events\u003cbr\u003e• Oversee the event to success\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003ePerformance of Duties\u003c\/strong\u003e. The contractor shall perform agreed responsibilities in a professional manner, in\u003cbr\u003egood faith, and to the best of his\/her skill, abilities, talent and experience.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eSetup Fee.\u003c\/strong\u003e The initial setup fee for $150 is to be paid by joining label representatives for the role on\u003cbr\u003eFamily of Business - The Label Inc. This fee covers Personal Representative Website Profile, Personal Representative Business Card Design\u003cbr\u003eand Printing for 250 cards, Representatives Name added into Accounting Payroll Information,\u003cbr\u003eRepresentatives Name added on Invite List for FOB Events, and Initial Representative Training Course.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlease note that the setup fee is a one-time payment and covers these services upfront.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eCompensation\u003c\/strong\u003e.
