Upon receipt of a 50% deposit or full payment, we will commence the design process, which typically takes up to 72 hours to complete. Additional Products, Features, Apps, and Functions\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cem\u003eAny additional products, features, apps, or functions requested by the client beyond the scope of the initial design will be subject to additional fees. These fees will be determined based on the complexity and time required to implement the requested additions. Intellectual Property Rights\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cem\u003eAll intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and any other proprietary rights related to the design of the website, shall remain the sole property of the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The client may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any part of the design without the prior written consent of the Company.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003e5. Client Responsibilities\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cem\u003eThe client agrees to provide all necessary materials, content, and information required for the design process in a timely manner. Failure to provide these materials may result in delays in the completion of the design, and the Company shall not be held responsible for any resulting consequences.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003e6. Confidentiality\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cem\u003eBoth parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, trade secrets, business strategies, and client information. The obligations of confidentiality shall survive the termination of this Agreement.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003e7.
